Daily Charts for Setups
Why the daily chart is the workhorse for swing traders, what to look for on it, and how it fits between the weekly and intraday views.
The workhorse chart
The daily chart is where most swing-trade setups are found. It shows bases forming over weeks, the exact pivot price, volume on each day, and the 21-day and 50-day moving averages. It is detailed enough to plan entries and stops, but not so detailed that every wiggle looks important.
